Delivery Times

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be packed, once packed you will be emailed with a tracking number.

Express shipping are refers to the time when the parcel are starting with the courier, it is not the time for your order to be packed. For standard domestic shipping please allow 3 ~ days or more for delivery, for standard international shipping please allow 7 ~ days or more for delivery. 

Customs/International

Your duties and taxes are not built into the purchase price for international purchase shown at the checkout. Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any restrictions or additional fees that would be applicable when importing certain items into their own country (e.g. wood). Any additional fees out of the standard duty/tax/VAT will be payable by the customer.

Product Variation

Due to the many of our products like knives, donabe, ceramic and etc. are handcrafted, therefore no two products will be completely identical. Minor variations in wood grain and colour, steel pattern, finish, and packaging.
