Korean Bibimbap based dry udon noodle!
Crispy and fragrantly grilled udon, topped with crunchy namul and beef
Ingredients
For 2 ppl
- Bean shoot - 100g
- Spinach (or Mitsuba)- 1/2 bunch (cut 4cm long)
- Beef - 100g (Cut into small peice)
Sauce A
- Grinded white sesame - 3 tbs
- Sesame Oil - 3 tbs
- Suger - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sauce B
- Grinded white sesame - 1 tbs
- Suger - 1 tbs
- Grinded Garlic - 1/2 tbs
- Frozen Udon Noodle - 2 blocks
- Sesame Oil - a bit
- Egg York - 2pc
- Kimchi - A bit
- White Sesame - a bit
- Kochujang - a bit
