    • Apply to dry, clean skin and rub in 20 minutes before heading outside.
    • Apply at least one teaspoon (5ml) to the face (including the neck and ears).
    • Use in conjunction with regular body sunscreen to achieve the minimum 35ml full body application.
    • Reapply every 2 hours and immediately after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
    • Use 5 methods of sun protection: Protective clothing, eyewear/sunglasses, a broad-brim hat and shade.
