Roast Beef

No oven needed! You can make medium rare rast beef with remypan plus

Ingredients

  • Beef block - 500g
  • Sald - a bit
  • Black Papper - a bit
  • Red Wine - 2 tbs
  • Watercress - a bit
  • Red Raddish - a bit

Garlic Soy Sauce

  • Soy sauce - 3 tbs
  • Rice Wine (Sake) - 2 tbs
  • Sweet Cooking WIne (Mirin) - 1 tbs
  • 2 blocks of sliced garlic
