enzo

enzo is high quality kitchenware which made in Tsubamesanjo, Japan

Combining the technologies that each factory in Tsubame-Sanjo is good at and create real high quality kitchenware

Thickness, wideness and deepness... enzo frying pan shows its true value, especially in steak grilling

Food can be quickly cooked over high heat without losing the flavor.

After repeated experiments, we have adopted a thickness that allows heat to be transmitted evenly. The base is wide enough to accommodate large ingredients, and the sides are designed with a deep rising angle to allow sauces to be poured in.

The goal was to create a light and easy-to-handle iron wok that even women can cook.

For stir-fry dishes, which are said to require heat power, iron materials that are resistant to heat are ideal, but the drawback is that they are heavy. Repeatedly made prototypes using different processing methods and old-fashioned manufacturing methods, and finally arrived at this product.
