Bibimbap Udon

Korean Bibimbap based dry udon noodle!

Crispy and fragrantly grilled udon, topped with crunchy namul and beef

Ingredients

For 2 ppl

  • Bean shoot - 100g
  • Spinach (or Mitsuba)- 1/2 bunch (cut 4cm long)
  • Beef - 100g (Cut into small peice)

Sauce A

  1. Grinded white sesame - 3 tbs
  2. Sesame Oil - 3 tbs
  3. Suger - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt - 1/2 tsp

Sauce B

  1. Grinded white sesame - 1 tbs
  2. Suger - 1 tbs
  3. Grinded Garlic - 1/2 tbs

  • Frozen Udon Noodle - 2 blocks
  • Sesame Oil - a bit
  • Egg York - 2pc
  • Kimchi - A bit
  • White Sesame - a bit
  • Kochujang - a bit
